ThermoPhage® Polynucleotide Kinase
ThermoPhage™ Polynucleotide Kinase is a novel thermoactive kinase catalysing 5’ phosphorylation of DNA at elevated temperatures and is the only available thermostable enzyme of this kind. The enzyme has very low 3' phosphatase activity. Thermophage™ Polynucleotide Kinase is well suited for various applications including radioactive labelling of nucleic acids. Available as 500 units and 1000 units together with 10x reaction buffers
